בַּצַּר־לִי֙ אֶקְרָ֣א יְהוָ֔ה וְאֶל־אֱלֹהַ֖י אֶקְרָ֑א וַיִּשְׁמַ֤ע מֵהֵֽיכָלוֹ֙ קוֹלִ֔י וְשַׁוְעָתִ֖י בְּאָזְנָֽיו׃
Tuve angustia, invoqué á SEÑOR, Y clamé á mi Dios: Y él oyó mi voz desde su templo; Llegó mi clamor á sus oídos.

In my distress I called to God… He hears. This is typical of the present tense it uses both past and future at the same time.10אֶקְרָא is in past tense and וַיִשְׁמַע is in future tense.
